Intake Coordinator (Full Time) -Everett

We are seeking a full-time intake Coordinator to work in our Everett location. The Intake Coordinator arranges appointments between patients, physicians and treatment staff for the diagnostic evaluation; and all treatment programs. He or she verifies insurance coverage, obtains insurance authorizations and provides pertinent information to referring physicians, insurance carriers, vocational counselors and others.

Physical Therapist (Part Time)- Everett

We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to work in our Everett location. This position would be a Monday & Thursday schedule with additional days for vacation coverage/non routine coverage. Experience in an orthopedic, industrial rehab or pain management program is preferred. This position provides individual and group treatment in a cognitive behavioral model which includes education and the development of physical and functional capacities. We are seeking a per-diem, part-time or full-time Clinical Psychologist (We want to be flexible and provide you with a model that works in your life). This position is responsible for providing counseling and psychotherapy, group facilitation, class instruction, treatment planning, Treatment Team consultation, records maintenance, and research. Three years experience with mental health counseling required and experience in Rehab Psychology is a plus!
