Chronic pain

Join us for Part 3 of the 6 part series talking about chronic pain in our lives and what we can do to manage it. In the third installment of our series, Explain the Pain, Dr. Michael Harris elaborates on the tools that we have inside our Pain Management Toolbox. Each person deals with chronic pain differently and often times there isn’t just one thing that will solve it all. With a combination of practices we can help make the pain more manageable in our day to day lives.

There are many different types of pain and we explore how some of that pain effects the body as well as what we have learned about managing it. Pain can come from many sources. There are some ways in which we can influence our bodies to help combat the lasting effects pain has on our physical and mental well being.
